# 聊天体验故障排查

根据你遇到的聊天体验症状，从房间无法连接到文字记录无法下载，找到对应的解决页面。

聊天体验会在问题发生的地方报告是什么问题：消息框会说明为什么被锁定，角色选择器会说明为什么某个角色不会加入，其他任何问题都会在你正在操作的页面上报告。先从屏幕上能看到的内容开始，这些页面会告诉你它的含义以及如何解除。

### 不是故障的行为

五种看起来像故障的情况，其实是聊天体验的工作方式：
