# 无法发送消息

根据房间显示的原因，排查为什么聊天体验房间中的消息框不能输入消息，以及每种原因如何清除。

聊天体验房间中的消息框在房间无法接收消息时会锁定，并且总会说明原因。使用本页查看房间给出的原因、清除它，并区分锁定的输入框和一条未送达的消息。

### 每种锁定消息的含义

消息框会用锁定原因替换输入提示。如果你已经输入了内容或附加了文件，原因也会显示在框下方的一行中，而你的文本和文件会保持原样。该框会显示以下五种原因之一：

| **至少添加一名参与者才能开始**      | 房间里没有任何人，所以没有可以发送的对象                       | 至少添加一个角色。参见 [将角色添加到房间](/api-docs/zh/wu-dai-ma-ti-yan/chat-experiences/add-characters-to-the-room.md)          |
| **等待角色加入……**           | 房间中的角色都还没有完成加入                             | 等待侧边栏完成为角色就位：某一行会显示 **正在加入房间……** 先显示这一状态，然后再变成角色的姓名和角色。或者，如果你已经移除了最后一个角色，就添加一个角色                              |
| **房间无法连接。请重新选择角色以重试。** | 房间未打开。侧边栏中仍列出的任何角色都未连接                     | 请重新选择角色。参见 [房间将无法连接](/api-docs/zh/wu-dai-ma-ti-yan/chat-experiences/troubleshooting/room-will-not-connect.md) |
| **正在等待 4 人中的 2 人……**   | 回合正在进行中。第一个数字是尚未开始回复的角色数量，第二个数字是该回合请求的角色数量 | 等待回合结束                                                                                                        |
| **正在结束轮次……**           | 回合正在收尾，或者其最后一条回复仍待到达                       | 等待。输入框会自行解锁                                                                                                   |

无论你正在清除哪种原因，当原因离开框体、输入提示取而代之时，就说明它已经消失了： **询问群组……** 在包含多个角色的房间中，或者 **Message** 在只有一个角色的房间中，后跟该角色的姓名。 [发送你的第一条消息](/api-docs/zh/wu-dai-ma-ti-yan/chat-experiences/send-your-first-message.md) 涵盖提示的所有形式。

五种原因中有三种与房间本身有关：无人就座、角色仍在加入，以及房间未打开。另两种与您已经发送的回合有关，并且 [一次回合如何运作](/api-docs/zh/wu-dai-ma-ti-yan/chat-experiences/running-the-room/how-a-turn-works.md) 说明这些计数的含义，以及为什么某个回合会请求特定的一组角色。

### 等待不会结束

在你发送后两分钟，房间会停止等待。随后它会报告“房间未能在规定时间内完成本回合。”，解锁消息框，并将已到达的内容保留在线程中。输入提示会恢复，因此你可以立即再次发送消息。

### 房间报告已有回合正在进行中

你发送的某个回合可能会报告“房间报告已有回合正在进行中。如果没有人回答，请等待它结束后再发送。”请照做。该回合处于活动状态时，消息框会保持锁定，并在其结束后解锁；如果输入提示回来时线程中没有新增内容，请再次发送该消息。

### 你的消息显示未发送

房间从未收到的消息会以灰色保留在线程中，并显示 **未发送** 在其下方，房间会报告“无法发送消息。”

没有任何内容到达角色，也不会有回复。输入框已解锁，输入提示也回来了，所以请重新编写消息并发送。灰色消息会留在线程中，作为未发送的记录。

### 你可以输入，但发送控件不可用

消息框会接收你的文本且不显示任何原因，但发送控件没有反应。你附加的文件仍在读取中：其所在的标签显示为 `读取中…` 在文件大小之后，并且 `描述中…` 在图片或一组 PDF 页面正在被描述时。

没有任何内容被阻塞。所有标签都稳定后，发送控件会自行恢复；图片需要几秒钟，而不是像文本文件那样瞬间完成。当没有任何标签在等待时发送控件仍不可用，表示输入框因自身原因被锁定，而框中会说明具体原因。

### 房间提示未连接

在对话已结束的房间中发送会报告“未连接到房间。”，并且不会向线程中添加任何内容。

已结束的对话无法重新加入，但你所在的位置可以开始新的对话：选择 **添加角色** 在侧边栏中再次选择角色。返回到 **我的体验** 并再次打开体验也会产生同样的效果。简报会延续；角色和消息不会。待各行稳定、输入提示重新回到框中时，新对话就准备好了。

在房间打开时重新加载页面会结束该对话。为了清除锁定的消息框而重新加载，会让你失去当前对话，并把你留在一个空房间里。

### 消息已发送，但无人回复

角色在被点名时才会回复，否则保持沉默，因此一条没有特定对象的消息可能根本不会得到任何回复。若要获得某个特定角色的回答，请再发送一条用以下方式标记它的消息： `@`.
