# 积分余额与计费周期

了解套餐积分何时发放和过期、Convai 会发送哪些用量提醒，以及积分在对话中途用尽时会发生什么。

您的计划会在每个计费周期开始时向您发放固定数量的积分，并且每个 [轮次](/api-docs/zh/ji-fen-yu-ji-fei/convai-credits/how-convai-credits-work.md#turns) 和 [会话](/api-docs/zh/ji-fen-yu-ji-fei/convai-credits/how-convai-credits-work.md#session-duration) 都会从该余额中扣除。了解积分何时到账、何时过期以及余额为零时会发生什么，有助于避免对话意外中断。

### 在哪里查看您的余额

在 Convai Playground 中，选择 **项目设置** 侧边栏中的，然后打开 **积分** 选项卡。该选项卡显示 **已使用积分** ，即当前周期中已使用的积分、您已使用的周期积分百分比，以及剩余积分数量。

该 **会话使用情况** 同一选项卡中的面板按天列出您的会话。对于每个会话， **轮次积分** 显示其轮次所使用的积分，而 **时长积分** 显示其保持连接期间所使用的积分。

### 何时收到积分

您的计费周期从您订阅开始的那一天起算，而不是从日历月的第一天开始。每个周期开始时，Convai 会向您发放该计划的全部积分配额。

无论您的订阅期限如何，一个周期始终为 1 个月。每次周期续订时，都会增加您的月度积分配额：年度 Professional 计划每月增加 99,000 积分，全年总计 1,188,000 积分。积分必须在其被添加的周期内使用——未使用的积分不会结转到下一个周期。

### 积分何时过期

未使用的积分会在周期续订时过期。它们不会结转到下一个周期。每次续订都会以您计划的完整月度配额开始一个新周期，不受上一个周期剩余积分的影响。

例如，如果 Professional 计划在续订时还剩 20,000 积分，这 20,000 积分就会过期，而下一个周期将从 99,000 积分开始。

### 使用提醒

当您的使用量达到当前周期积分的 80%、95% 和 100% 时，Convai 会向您发送电子邮件。80% 和 95% 的邮件是提前警告。100% 的邮件表示您的积分已用完。每个提醒在每个周期内最多发送一次。

### 积分用完时会发生什么

当您的积分用完时，Convai 会停止该角色并结束会话。Convai 在对话运行期间会定期检查您的使用情况，因此这可能发生在回复进行到一半时。

当您的积分在对话过程中用完时，角色会立即停止说话，甚至会在一个单词中间停下，并且会话断开。请在现场演示或培训会话之前，根据 80% 和 95% 的提醒及时处理，以免被中断。

Convai 会根据您剩余的积分判断一个轮次是否可以开始，但轮次的成本只有在轮次结束后才会知道。因此，消耗掉您最后积分的那个轮次可能会让余额略低于零。例如，若只剩 8 个积分，而某个轮次需要 10 个积分，它仍然可以开始，此时您的余额会变为 −2 个积分。超出部分仅限于该单个轮次。此后，您的积分将被视为已用完，Convai 会拒绝新的轮次和新的会话。

当您的下一个计费周期开始时，或者当您切换到积分更多的计划时，您的积分就会恢复。

### 获取更多积分

要在一个周期内获得更多积分，请切换到配额更大的计划。在 Playground 中，选择右上角的个人头像，然后选择 **定价** 来比较各个计划。
